C3 is seeking Help Desk Technicians who will be responsible for providing first line support for customer service requests. These would include items such as user moves/adds/changes, resolving printing issues, file restores, application installation and updates, and Windows and Office updates.

Ability to produce and maintain technical documentation
|Server 2008/2012 administration and troubleshooting
Exchange 2010/2013 administration and troubleshooting
Basic VMware vSphere 5.x+ administration skills
Network monitoring/management via SNMP, WMI, NetFlow, etc.
Veeam Backup and Restore v7.x or higher
|Certifications Desired||VMware VCP5 or higher (DCV, VBCA, DR)
Cisco CCNA (Route/Switch) or higher
